Had my 2014 Ford Fiesta for over a year for a TCM replacement. The TCM was in short supply because it is a recall part and Covid supply chain issues, so it was not all local dealers fault. Service rep (Ken) was not very helpful, never called me and made excuses (he's so busy!). After giving them authorization to do further diagnostics, no response from Ken. I call leave messages, no replies. Finally, I drive to the Dealership and Ken tells me I was on his list to call back ... HA! Car still won't start and they have no idea what to do, but want more money to do diagnostics. I walk out and call later, Ken does not impress me with any confidence, so I get the car towed out of there. Bottom line -- Sheridan Ford has car for 1 year, I pay them $470 and get the car back in the same condition. After I gave them a bad review on their customer service software, Duane Hill from Sheridan sends me an email that tells me it's all my fault. Wow! Now that's customer service. More
Sheridan did fantastic work on my 2017 Nissan Sentra. The Manager, Chris Luongo is professional and knows what he is doing. Spent over 2 hrs for a scheduled appt for oil change, filter replacement, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement. Now I have to go back for an air filter because the Dealership ran out…seriously! I find this unacceptable and downright annoying that I have to come back for a scheduled maintenance! More
Was due for an oil change. Was greeted by a smile. I waited for the service. They were extremely busy. About 20 minutes into my wait my advisor let me know that I needed an Was greeted by a smile. I feel that the service advisor and technicians are making sure that my safety is their priority. And washing my car was the icing on the cake. Thank you everyone. More
