As always, pleased the professionalism of the service writer John I. and all the staff I encountered on my most recent visit to Sheridan Ford. All the damage and repairs were explained carefully, including the costs in detail. As it turned out, my insurance company totaled the vehicle. John was very helpful in accommodating all of my needs and even those of the insurance company. I have been a customer at Sheridan nearly 10 years. Sheridan will be my choice for service on whatever vehicle I end up with next. Being able to trust your auto repair shop is something I don’t take for granted. I recommend Sheridan Ford to anyone who wants fair treatment, a helpful staff, comfortable surroundings and reliable service for their vehicles. More

Avoid if can, had a 7:15am appointment I had to call in after 10 to check the status @ which time I was informed other svcs were recommended …. Would have been. I presented my car problems to John I. My car would not start on Saturday night. I called AAA and the tech checked the battery and it was ok. I proceeded to tell John I think my battery problem was caused by my knee hitting the light Dial because I’m having difficulty getting in and out of my car because of a leg problem. Initially, I thought there would be more diagnostics involved, but the service tech checked my battery and it was 100% And also checked the tires because the low tire pressure light came on my dashboard. Bottom line, I had no charges for service and I was extremely pleased with that, in addition? John assisted me and helped me navigate to my car and even brought my car around to me in front of the showroom. Service has always been excellent. More

When I walk in I was greeted by the shuttle driver. He was very nice.
