I was told I needed a whole new engine, and I didn't. I just needed my spark plugs changed and that was the reason I brought my truck in the first place. I eventually got someone that did just that and m I just needed my spark plugs changed and that was the reason I brought my truck in the first place. I eventually got someone that did just that and my truck runs fine now. My truck has low miles for the year and I was disappointed that I couldn't get what I asked for taken care of. I also know that for the vehicle I have, it's not a easy job and they told me that by just dismissing me rather than fix the problem I went there for respectfully speaking. More

Bill and Justin pulled off a quick-find-and-deliver of the perfect car for me. I wanted a white plug-in Escape hybrid. I wish I bought my truck elsewhere. I’m stuck at Sheridan. I bought a brand new under shield and Sheridan left it hanging after an oil change. Communication was terrible. Not able to get anyone live. Had to escalate to the branch manager multiple times. I am now rethinking if I will ever come back to this dealership again. More

Dave and finance staff sayed late on a Saturday to start working a deal with me even though I showed up 10 minutes before they closed! Excellent service. Got me an awesome rate and right at my budget number working a deal with me even though I showed up 10 minutes before they closed! Excellent service. Got me an awesome rate and right at my budget number. Dave was awesome threw the process. Came back on Monday to finish the deal and was in and out in less then an hour. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Would highly recommend. More
