The service rep are 2 great guys every time I come in there. They call me by my first name as if we're family and I really appreciate that. They make you feel comfortable from the second. You walk in the door till the time you leave, you walk out with the feeling of you were told the truth about any repairs on your vehicle. And they were doing it in a reasonable price, not overcharging, like some places, do To really not. Thanks, guys. So they make the whole car repair experience. Rewarding, and I appreciate that. While you know, it can be hectic, waiting for your car to have whatever service you're getting done. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Scheduled an oil change with tire rotation, multi point inspection, etc. Get the call, go pick it up and they only change the oil. I also asked them to check the water pump, as this was replaced last year under warranty and is giving problems again. Also, the clerk wouldnt let me use ford rewards points to pay, because she “didn’t know what to do”. The service advisor at check in was extremely rude. I’ll gladly drive the 20+ minutes to Porter ford for future service. More

I was told I needed a whole new engine, and I didn't. I just needed my spark plugs changed and that was the reason I brought my truck in the first place. I eventually got someone that did just that and m I just needed my spark plugs changed and that was the reason I brought my truck in the first place. I eventually got someone that did just that and my truck runs fine now. My truck has low miles for the year and I was disappointed that I couldn't get what I asked for taken care of. I also know that for the vehicle I have, it's not a easy job and they told me that by just dismissing me rather than fix the problem I went there for respectfully speaking. More
