Told me they could get all info ready for me and notify me when They had it all so I didn't have to wait around as they new I could be doing other things other than sit there and wait for an hour or 2 unlike other dealers that make you feel like if you leave the deal is dead. Called me back with numbers and sent email a little while later, gave me very competitive numbers 1st time around. And questions regarding with specialty items service manager came right out to confirm what could and couldn't be added. one of the best experiences to date in 20 years for buying and trading. More
