Worst vehicle buying experience ever. This review is about Shelor Chevrolet. I was working with another dealership on a truck that I wanted to purchase. Shelor found out I was in the marke This review is about Shelor Chevrolet. I was working with another dealership on a truck that I wanted to purchase. Shelor found out I was in the market for a truck and contacted me first. I told them that I was already looking at a truck at another dealership. They told me if I wanted they would try to transfer that truck to their dealership and sell it to me. Supposedly, before the transfer occurred, the first dealership informed me that the truck was sold. I inform Shelor of this fact. They still asked me if I wanted the truck to be transferred. Again I told him I was informed that it was sold. They still said and asked me did I want to go forward on buying that truck. I told them that if they could still get that truck somehow I would be interested. For two days they haggled with me on price which everyday increased until I was frustrated. They also kept trying to get me to give them $500 for a deposit on the transfer. Even after I told them the truck was sold. Then suddenly, Shelor notifies me that the truck that I wanted to be transferred had been sold. Only thing I'm thankful about is that I did not give them the $500 deposit. Personally, I will not deal with Shelor again. I suggest you do the same. More

From the time i called internet sales and spoke with Jordan, to Lynn working with Hank in the "brain center" the Lynn Grimsley was right up my alley. We, like a lot of people, dont have excellent credit and they have never treated us less than or like we weren't worthy of a "new to us" vehicle! This go around we bought a 2013 Honda Pilot that we and our kids are in love with! It is fully loaded and honestly a vehicle we never thought we could afford. But Daniel Paige worked his magic and we drove off the lot with the exact vehicle we wanted! He showed us what was on the lot in our price range and answered all of our questions but never once tried to push us into anything. We went back the next day and he worked tirelessly for several hours making it possible for us to be able to purchase without having to have someone else cosign. Definitely go see Daniel Paige for the best car buying expierence you'll ever have and tell him Jason & Jessica sent you :) More
