When my husband decided to purchase a used truck we went and saw Rick again and again, we were able to get a great deal. When I decided I wanted to purchase a Dodge Charger all of a sudden I received the run around. Rick wasn't there the day I went and some how ended up driving a Subaru CrossTrek. I called Rick the next day and told him I didn't want to look at anything else except for a Charger. Told him when I would be there, he was going to look at his inventory and everything was set. When I arrived I was directed to the Subaru building. I told them I wanted to speak to Rick not a Subaru salesman. I was then directed across the street to the building Rick was in. Another salesman meet me at the door and told me that I needed to go to the building next door because I had an "appointment" with a different salesman. When I arrived and asked what was going on, he wanted to know if Rick was mad. I told him I didn't know that he never talked to me. Apparently this salesman, which I can't remember his name, was the original guy that I had spoke to the day I came up and Rick wasn't there. He was basically trying to take his sale and Rick was letting him. If your loyal to me, I am loyal to you, hence the reason I have purchased 3 vehicles from Rick. But, if you're not even going to give the courtesy to talk to me, I'm done! I don't need to be in involved in office politics when purchasing a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Duncan Hyundai and Nick Larrentz was my salesman. He was very patient and attentive and got me exactly what I wanted! Never again will I ever set foot on a Shelor dealership or recommend them to anybody!!! More
