Great overall experience I am from Virginia but relocated to Columbus, Ohio about 3 years ago. I was in the market for a new vehicle and wanted to see what Shelor had as I would be visiting the area fairly soon. I looked online and found a couple of vehicles I was interested in. I started working with Jake and setup a time that I could come by and look at the vehicles. The morning I arrived at Motor Mile Kia, Jake was not only waiting for me to arrive but he had the vehicles that we had talked about ready and waiting for me. Excellent sales staff I began my search online and received great help from Neal Francis. Neal helped me with information about purchasing a new Subaru and checked inventor I began my search online and received great help from Neal Francis. Neal helped me with information about purchasing a new Subaru and checked inventory for me. He then sent me information about several used cars that I was considering. He set me up with Doug Jones at Kia. Both salesmen returned my e-mails and phone calls promptly and worked with my schedule. I was able to drive both a new and used car of the model I was interested in. Doug was helpful with information, price negotiation, and a problem I had with the battery right after purchasing it. I told him wat I wanted the price range and he delivered. I didn't want to be lied to or pushed into something I knew I couldn't afford. We made a deal and I got the vehicle I wanted.
