VERY BAD The salesman that I had was rude right from the start. When I first met him he just stared at me blankly for a very very long time it made me feel so The salesman that I had was rude right from the start. When I first met him he just stared at me blankly for a very very long time it made me feel so unbelievably uncomfortable. To the point I did not speak or could even look him in the eye anymore. Then finally after a long while he said "fine!" and threw his hand out to me and and said in a very crappy way as if he needed to talk slowly to me like I was stupid! He said "Hi my name is Richard, whats yours" (again he said this in a way as if I was stupid or slow)after that we went to his "office". He asked me what I was interested in looking at. I told him that there was a black 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited that I wanted to look at. He immediately told me that the jeep I was wanting to look at was being looked at someone else. Then he got some information from me. After just a few mins he rushed me in to running my credit. I didnt want me credit run at the time I was just wanting to look around before I did that. I told him this but he insisted that it be ran. He words were " How and I suppose to help you if I dont know what your credit is?!" (again in the crappy talking to me like I was stupid tone). I knew what my credit was he didn't want to listen and was very pushy on the matter. So reluctantly I signed the paper to run my credit. After that he asked what other vehicles would I be interested in. I told him a 4 door pick up truck of some kind. So we looked at a few and I test drove two I believe. After I test drove the second one he said if he could send it over to the bank to see what they said. ( I didnt even like the truck and he never asked if I even liked it) I said no. As I test drove the 4 door trucks I seen the jeep that I really had came to look at sitting there the whole time. No one was ever around it. No one was looking at it, it had never moved the whole time I was there. We went back into his "office" and I asked if I could look at the jeep now. He then told me that the Jeep had just sold. I was very let down by this and I decided to leave. After going home, the next day I was looking on line for other jeeps or trucks at "Shelor Motor Mile" I seen that the 2011 black Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was still posted on line for sale. I thought to myself surely he wouldn't have OUT RIGHT LIED to me about this. So I sent a email inquiry about it, asking if it was still available. The response back was yes it in fact was NOT sold. This up set me even more. After a few days I seen on shelors web site that there was a sliver 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited. I called to see if it was still available they said yes. I told them that I wanted a different sales person and they said ok. I went to shelors to look at the jeep and meet a different sales person. When we arrived the sale person we were to meet was not there and Richard seen us and asked what we were doing there. We told him that we were looking at a jeep. he said oh ok. he said do you have anyone helping you we said yes. We went out side to really get away from him and wait for someone to come help us. and when we returned inside he was waiting there and said that he talked to the other person that was supposed to help us and told them that he was going to. we then test drove the jeep and then i decided to sent it over to the bank and see what we could do. the bank came back with a offer that i would have to think about. We never did hear back from Richard. Not even a follow up call. after a few weeks i decided to go back and except the offer on the jeep that the bank first came back with. i went up and signed the papers. I get home with my "new" USED jeep and find that the crank pulley is wobbling. we make a apt at shelors so they can look at it.The person the made the apt said that they were sorry and they would make it right not to worry. well my boyfriend went up to take the truck for the appointment and after 4 hours or so!!!!! they come out and said that the crank shaft was bent.... I do not know a whole lot about vehicles but im pretty sure that if the crank shaft was bent then the truck would run very very badly and the engine would fall apart. they told us that it will be 1200 to fix it. FIX THE TRUCK I JUST BOUGHT THE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR ANY PROBLEMS! ( I understand that not every problem can be found and that this is a used vehicle ) but anyone with eyes could open the hood and plainly see this pulley wobbling!!! I just think a dealership of this size should not be so shady and very unprofessional as you all are. The only reason I even bought from shelors is because I just needed a vehicle and i figured that everything was looked over. I will not be buying from here ever again and I will make sure I tell everyone I can not to buy from shelors. ( this is just the short story ) More

I would hope that they would cover this repair as we told them of it before making our down payment. I will wait and see. More
