What we experienced at Shelor Chevrolet, however, with David Edwards and Stacey Cregger was the polar opposite. David was our primary sales person and Stacey made himself available whenever his expertise was needed. Both David and Stacey provided us with one of the most pleasant sales experiences of our lives. David was incredibly knowledgeable concerning every product line offered. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was gracious, kind, and outstandingly helpful. After our initial visit and a couple of phone contacts David seemed less like a sales person and more like a friend. We would recommend Shelor Chevrolet in general and David Edwards in particular to anyone interested in purchasing either a new or previously owned vehicle regardless of make or model. I like the Mega dealer concept as is makes for one stop shopping for just about any model new or used. I saw a used Ford passanger van on the lot which I was not in the market for but interested in check shopping for just about any model new or used. The price was very attractive and you had 3 almost identical 1 year old models to choose from. We drove two and picked one. I had questions as to tow rating, price of hitch and others options which Tim jumped on and got answers quickly. I was on tight time schedule but understand how buying a car takes time. We nigoiated the sales price and trade-in value and reached a deal. From that time on, things slowed down a bit, seemed to take much longer than what I deem necessary. We finely got everything signed and got on the road. Overall I liked dealing with Tim Johnston and the dealership, I just like things done faster then mine went. I would and plan to do business with them again. More

When arriving at Shelors, Richie Laws came out in the lot where Wayne and I were looking at trucks.
