My husband and I agree that we will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. From now on, Shelor's will be our first stop when shopping for an automobile. The selection was UNMATCHED by any other dealership we visited (and we have been looking for 2 months now), the prices were UNBEATABLE, and the sales staff (especially our salesman Charlie Taylor) was TOPNOTCH! Charlie was extemely patience, courteous, and helpful. He made sure to thoroughly explain the entire deal and the options that were available to us. I cannot say enough about Charlie. He was EXCELLENT! Most of the time, when a salesman knows he has the deal, he or she will slack off with the salesmanship. Charlie continued to shine with our tour of all of the facility even after the sale was complete. One particular aspect of our experience that truly stood out above the rest (besides our excellent salesman) was the play area for the children. As a mother of four children (ages 7, 10, 12, and 14), I often find it next to impossible to try to shop for something involving very much time. Having the small area with toys and a TV at not only at the showroom but even at the finance office was a lifesaver! No other dealership has ever had something as nice as this for the kids to entertain themselves while paperwork was being processed. This is just one of the many ways in which Shelor's goes above and beyond for it's customers. More

Corey was an excellent salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was extremely patient. He did "homework" outside of meeting with us and offered suggestions that were in our price rang about the cars on the lot and was extremely patient. My Experience at shelor's was a great experience for the first time! I was so nervous to be going to get a another vehicle, it has been so hard on me in the past to try and even attempt to get another vehic first time! I was so nervous to be going to get a another vehicle, it has been so hard on me in the past to try and even attempt to get another vehicle due to my credit and so forth! When i came into shelors i was met by brandon! and first things he asked was how are you and straight out i said i was Nervous, which i was the whole time trying to calm my nervous, because honestly i thought i was gonna be turned down... and having that feeling of being turned down once again is a awful feeling, but thanks to brandon mitchell i had a great experience over all, he made me feel comfortable being there sitting and waiting.. I want to thank brandon for all he did for me to help me get into another vehicle! Thanks :-) .... and i am happy with the 2000 ford taurus! its in great condition to be 11 years old! would expect it to be with it being that old but its great i like it alot! :-) More

It was a long day at Shelor but Antoinette Macklin was very pleasant to deal with. We test drove quite a few vehicles that day, but she was right with us the whole way making sure we were going to buy a v very pleasant to deal with.
