Our sales representative, Michael Shelton, did an excellent job. We had spoken with him over the phone before arriving. I had a vehicle I really liked off the website picked out. I enjoyed driving the Nissan xtera so much we stayed with our original choice. Michael had all the papers and folders already organized and ready to go. He even answered a large majority of the financing questions. I have never had a easier buy. The customer service and our overall experience was delightful. More

I contacted the sales department and spoke with Carson Poole. The vehicle I looked at was actually on the Chevy lot so he turned me over to Tim Merritt. There, he set me up with Ashley Hosey. She did a great job getting everything done and I had my vehicle picked out that day. Durning the process, Carson and Tim both came back to check on me more than once to make sure I was being taken care of and that I didn't need anything. You don't find service like that anymore. Everything was pretty good, the sales reps were very friendly and helpful. The business center was the only damper on the experience because it seems rediculous to wait 30-40 mind for some that takes at friendly and helpful. Pam was awesome. Very Professional and personable. I went to Shelor with a list of requirements They got me exactly what I wanted at a price I can afford.
