Sara helped my son get into a truck not long ago. Due to her personality and her experience, She is the reason why Del and I chose to have her work a deal for us as well. I feel she did all she could to find a ride that my husnabd and I would both like. we were impressed with her ability to multitask. She was working two other customers when we arrived and several calls came in people asking for her directly. If anyone can multitask Sara is one who positivly can. She not once madw us feel she was too busy for us, or one customer was more important or spent more time else where. She willing admitted when a fourth cusomer came in looking for her that her plate was full and she so politely passed over to another sales agent., How graciuos was that!!!!! Sara seemed to us to be the most professioal acting agent on your lot. She is very good at what she does, she goes above the call of duty and She Dear Sir's Deserves a sumstancial raise. Due to Sara We have three more family members coming to see her over the next few months. I contacted Motor Mile Kia because they had the best price by far on the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to easily chat with Grace on the internet before going in to look at the car. She was able to advise me on all of the questions I had before I went there so I was completely prepared. Cut out the managers who come over at the end and sign the paperwork, real dick as far as im concerned, and i sure hope i wasnt treated like that just because this time i only spent 10k and not 60k on a car.
