We had to buy a car because of an accident that was not our fault, so needless to say we were not looking forward to it. Do not like the run around of coming to an agreement on a payment or sales price on a vehicle. The process of the salesperson going back and forth to finace office to see how much lower they can get your pay payment or sales price on a vehicle. The process of the salesperson going back and forth to finace office to see how much lower they can get your payment when you refuse the offers. The consumer should be presented with the lowest available payment from the begining that works for the consumer as well as the dealership. When the sales person is having to run back and forth to get the payment or sales price lower and the dealership is able to come down on the price, then it makes the consumer feel like they are being ripped off. I know that the dealership has to make a profit but what type of profit is required? Why should it be that the more we can get out of them (that they are willing to pay) then is the amount that is settled on. I also was not pleased with information that Melissa H. did got give us regarding the fee that was added for choosing autopay from our checkings account. I believe that every aspect of the vehicle and financial piece should be explained throughly with nothing left out. More
