Alden Williams was our final salesman in our purchase with Shelor Motor Mile. He was pleasant and as helpful as he could have been. We do not live close to the dealership and ended up having to make thr with Shelor Motor Mile. He was pleasant and as helpful as he could have been. We do not live close to the dealership and ended up having to make three seperate trips to finalize our purchase. Selection was very poor and process was very unorganized. Management had to be the worst experience overall. I must say, I have purchased new and used cars before and I have NEVER experienced a dealership that did NOT want my money,until my experience with Shelor Motor Mile. We have, like millions of Americans, poor credit. So, I am fully aware the obstacles involved in "special financing". With that being said, just because someone has poor credit doesn't mean that they should be treated as if they are worthless. Alden was as helpful and professional as he could be. The only reason that we made the purchase was because of our situation. With all of this being said, we do regret our purchase. Not only would we never recommend Shelor Motor Mile to anyone, we would make sure anyone we knew would do business with anyone but this dealership. More

Chris Spencer treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot even though he knew from the beginning that we were only interested in buying a cheap, used car for our son. I want to say that Brandon Thompson done a excellent job in helping me with purchasing my Dodge Durango. I told him what I was hunting for and he took me and my husband around looking at the type of vehicl in helping me with purchasing my Dodge Durango. I told him what I was hunting for and he took me and my husband around looking at the type of vehicles that we were wanting to see he didn't waste our time trying to show us nothing but what we were interested in. He knew and went straight to what we were looking for and explained everything about the vehicle. He pointed out and showed us what and how the vechile works (the child locks, rear seat how to fold down etc...) He got us in and out and as quickly as he could he didn't waste our time, once we chose our Dodge he went straight to getting our paper work ready so we could drive off with our purchase. He would offer us water coffee etc while we were there. I will look forward into dealing with him again in my next vehicle purchase. Hi! I had a great experience with Shelor. I have purchased from Shelor in the past, however this experience was my best by far. I needed to find a vehicle that fit our family now that our kids are purchased from Shelor in the past, however this experience was my best by far. I needed to find a vehicle that fit our family now that our kids are grown. I paid off my last vehicle about 8 months ago and have enjoyed having no car payment so I wanted to make sure I got something within a payment range that I was willing to pay. I found a prospective vehicle online with the price range that I wanted. My husband and I came in and spoke to Michael. Michael showed us the Ford Escape from online and let us test drive it. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We immediately fell in love with the Escape and we were sold. The process of purchasing a car in the past was sometimes grueling, not because of Shelor, just because my financial situation at the time was not at its best. This time around, I am in a much better place. Between that and Michael's impeccable service, the purchasing process was much more enjoyable.
