Horrible customer service I recently purchased a vehicle after buying one from shelor before. I thought I learned my lesson but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It is with the finance company Cars Financial. They are rude and they do not have the proper attitude to deal with the public. I was advised that as long as I got my payment in before 30days I would not have an issue. Wrong! They told me that because it was a new account that they were ready to pick it up. And then had a nerve to pry on my insurance. Have they ever figured out that people do go through things? And what if the shoe were on the other foot? And the car I wanted they claimed the bank would not finance it. If anyone recommends theses crooks, tell them to eat rocks! More
