Chris Susserman was great from the time we met him in the parking lot to the time I drove off in my awesome Jeep Patriot. Also very helpful was Tony Bryant! Tony was the original associate I spoke with via email that drew me to abandon the poor service at another dealership to come to Shelor Motor Mile. Tony continuously checked in on me throughout the whole process, which was something that impressed me tremendously. I know that the majority of all car salesmen are nice and ambitious just to help make the sale, BUT these guys were genuinely caring and ambitious to help me. You could tell they cared about my needs and my desires in my search for a car. I mean even staff having nothing to do with my transaction were checking in on me and asking me who things were going. Each one assured me I was in good hands with Chris. Chris proved them all right, its only been a few days and I'm already in absolute love with my Jeep they sold me and staff at Shelor made it all possible.
