We were sold a vehicle that appearently has TRANSMISSION problems BEFORE we bought it!!! Now its still sitting at Shelor after almost 2 weeks & they're trying to charge us for it being there!!! We realized problems BEFORE we bought it!!! Now its still sitting at Shelor after almost 2 weeks & they're trying to charge us for it being there!!! We realized it had problems THE DAY we brought it home but it was too late to call them because They had already closed! So we called the next morning & spoke to a manager about it. HE didn't didn't even care all he said to us was you will have to call Monday to make an appointment to bring it here to be checked out. When we brought it back not only did They charge us for it but They made us WAIT there for 3 & 1/2 hours still couldn't figure the problem out and wanted us to STAY there for another 2 hours while They pull the transmission out!! Instead when we decided to not stay there any longer They had us bring the car BACK and it has been there for right at 2 weeks now & we're down to 1 vehicle, my fiance works out of town Sunday through Thursday, we have a child, and they're still trying to charge almost $600 after our $3000 down payment to them!!! Really Shelor??? I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from you all!!! Will definately make it an effort to go to Haley next time!!! More

From the minute I walked in both Randall and Mike made me feel comfortable and I also felt I could trust them. They were very good about explaining everything.
