Shelor Toyota Motor Mile went above and beyond taking care of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. My white Toyota Tacoma was flaking on five different panels. They painted all five at no cost to me while providing care of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. My white Toyota Tacoma was flaking on five different panels. They painted all five at no cost to me while providing a rental in the process. The young man at the front desk of Toyota service in the back was excellent!!! Toyota is lucky to have him. He kept me up to date about the vehicle I ordered. The one I initially ordered was delayed because, a few days it was supposed to arrive, it went under "quality control," and Matthew then promptly put my name on a Cross that was available a couple of weeks later; he saved me time from having to wait for the first car. The second Cross was a much better color, and it is equipped with everything I wanted. When I went to pick up the car, he had everything needed to make it ready. He helped me register my car, link my iPhone, etc, and explained everything about all the bells and whistles it comes with it. You cannot go go wrong with working with Matthew. I must say this was a much nicer experience of buying car than the time when I bought my Honda some years ago. More
The service department does an excellent job of taking care of my car. When I go in for a service, they do what they say they are going to do.
