As a fairly new driver, I had my first appointment for a tire rotation at Shelor Toyota in Christiansburg. I scheduled my appointment in advance over the phone and on the drive over, my tire warning light came on and I noticed that it was also time for an oil change. I was able to add an oil change to my appointment, no problem and I had all of the paperwork explained to me. I really enjoyed their customer service and their waiting area was nice and clean! My recommendation- always schedule your appointments over the phone and early in the morning. I only had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour. More
