The service advisor, Dustin Moore, was very courteous and professional. The Toyota Care service was performed quickly and properly. But... This was the 1st visit to this dealership for service on my new c professional. The Toyota Care service was performed quickly and properly. But... This was the 1st visit to this dealership for service on my new car and... Shelor Toyota's service appointment website lists the wrong address for service appointments! Mentioned this to several folks and they all said management was aware but hadn't gotten it fixed for months. Finally, the bathroom next to the Parts counter had urine stains on the mattes under the urinals and smelled of urine. And the towel dispenser had an "Out of Order" sign with a handwritten note stating it hadn't worked for months. I've seen cleaner bathrooms at a Waffle House. Shelor owns multiple dealerships, all on the same road. Apparently they're more interested in selling new cars than building a long term relationship with customers for repeat business. More
