After explaining the problem, and leaving our vehicle for repair, we get a call after 30 minutes saying the malfunction message I was seeing was normal. Also, and this must be the dealership policy, I had to agree to a $150.00 max diagnostic fee for them to look at it, which was not waived after I okayed them to repair the vehicle, so we had to pay $322 labor for a $89 part. Also, I called back while the vehicle was there to request additional work done and told a service person what I wanted done and that I wanted the service advisor to call me back.I’d called her number twice but she never answered and she didn’t answer the person I was talking too, either. Needless to say, We never got a callback. As it turned out the extra work didn’t get done, which, as it turns out, will save us a lot of money by having another garage do the work. Very disappointed that Shealor would treat their customers like that. More
