He was very patient with all of my questions and was easy to work with. The only negative to the experience was a bottle neck of several customers trying to finance at the same time so there was a looooong delay for the paperwork. The cost of a basic oil change from December to April went up by $30. The service tech stated it was because the cost of oil. After comparing the receipts from my last oil changes the only price change went up by $30. The service tech stated it was because the cost of oil. I was headed to northern Alabama and the break down was delaying an important appointment I had. Patsy was very busy and assigned Joe Allen to follow up with me. Joe was great also advising me they had found the parts needed to fix my truck. I was rolling by 2:15pm and able to get to Alabama on time. Patsy kept checking on me as she passed through the waiting room and was very reassuring. I am an older gent with my wife waiting in a motel room wondering if we will ever get going in time to make our appointment. I don’t know who the tech was but he obviously got it done in a timely manner so a special thank you to him. It is nice to meet people like Patsy and Joe who treat you kindly and respectful especially in a time of need. My wife and I are back home in upstate N.Y. some 1700 miles since our repair and all is well. More
