Took vehicle in for yearly state inspection, was told that the rear window tint (which was on the vehicle when purchased at their dealership) had to be removed due to bubbling. The information Paul verified regarding the vehicle features proved to be accurate when I arrived onsite. Once I arrived, McKinley took care of me to answer questions about the vehicle and financing. He was very patient with all of my questions and was easy to work with. The only negative to the experience was a bottle neck of several customers trying to finance at the same time so there was a looooong delay for the paperwork. The cost of a basic oil change from December to April went up by $30. The service tech stated it was because the cost of oil. After comparing the receipts from my last oil changes the only price change went up by $30. The service tech stated it was because the cost of oil. I can understand the price of the service increasing but there is no reason to lie to a customer. More
