I have never written a review for anything before writing this one. However, the experience was so bad it seemed important enough to be addressed. I do not believe anything will be addressed, but I could be wrong. I witnessed several other customer’s verbal complaints, but do not know if the took the same action to complete the survey. It is upsetting to me that I have to return for the follow up State inspection, but it certainly will be my last visit to this business. Cliff Farley

When charging a diagnostic fee of $130. 00 this should be told upfront and NOT stuffed in to end of charges. We had two service men dealing with this issue and both were being dishonest.. More

This is absolutely untrue.. just so you are aware I do have both copies of agreement. The initial invoice has nothing BUT the alignment fee. The 2nd does have it.. however this was after the fact. Also, if you want to be completely transparent I would advise you post it in your business.. Ive been over your reviews and other people have stated this same complaint. Your service department was completely dishonest and that is just the truth.
