I was in the market for a family car and looked at the Chevy Suburban SUV at Shelor Chevrolet, Toyota Sienna minivan (also a Shelor company), & the Honda Odyssey. As I was going home after test driving al Chevy Suburban SUV at Shelor Chevrolet, Toyota Sienna minivan (also a Shelor company), & the Honda Odyssey. As I was going home after test driving all three cars I remember thinking to myself - "WOW, these Shelor guys were good!". They were very respectful, helpful, energetic, courteous and willing to looking up information or the right car for you (even if it wasn't available on their lot). Mr. Alden was the gentleman I met 10 days ago when I was casually browsing (and secretly deciding what car I really wanted). I was surprised, NO SHOCKED actually, when ten days later I went to revisit them (and ended up buying the Suburban)....Alden remembered my face, greeted me immediately and remembered things like what features I wanted in the car and what I did for a living etc (which although quite relevant to his sales but still the guy remembered!, -- which made the experience very personable). The finance guys over at Shelor were also very nice. They laid out information and explained stuff but didn't push you in one direction or the other...which is irritating when all you are thinking about is "xxxx I am going over budget and this guy says I ABSOLUTELY NEED this roadside assistance plan or whatever". Anyway, and not to mention they helped me get a superb APR to finance the car. ALL IN ALL: This has been a wonderful experience and I loved doing business with these folks at Shelor. Like one of their salesperson said on day 1 of car hunt "I sold you the bottle of water, now all I gotta do is sell you the car". I think these young guys are highly energetic and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help people like me find their dream cars. I love the Suburban btw, thanks Alden and Pete and the rest of the team. More

The sales person and sales manager at Berglund were not willing to work with me on reaching a reasonable price for a new 2013 Equinox and low balled me on the trade in value of my 2005 Equinox. I decided to make the 30 minute trip to Shelor Motor Mile that evening and it was well worth the short drive!
