Great place to buy a car. Needed to replace my car, which was totaled in an accident, I visited Shelor Motor Mile Used Cars. I was helped by Daniel Paige, and it was a great experience. Neil, his manager, was also on hand to meet me and offer any assistance, in a nice, friendly manner. I gave Daniel my wish list, and he found a car with all but one item on the list, and it was within my price range. He was friendly and courteous, and not pushy. He made my car buying experience a pleasant one, unlike previous purchases at other dealers. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They are in a league of their own. More

Worst shopping experience ever! I was shopping online and was in the market to buy a new vehicle. I made on offer. They countered asking for $500 more than I offered. It really irritated me that on a $32,000 vehicle they were trying to squeeze $500 more out of me. I continued to search other dealerships. I found another vehicle somewhere else. I tell Shelor's that I am going to another place and they magically then found a way to not need that $500 any more. The internet sales person then asked what I had found because they would beat any price by $500. When I gave her the information on the other vehicle, she got an attitude toward me in my email. Saying it was not the exact thing I was looking for. (I knew this, it was a better model.) She then asked me what I "really wanted" and I told her. She never responded to me again. Didn't find a vehicle to beat the price I guess. Then a customer service manager emails me to see the all of my needs were taken care of. I responded with a detailed message of the events. It has been more than a week and I have heard no response from her. I had bought from Shelor's in the past. I was willing to buy from them again. After the service I got this time, I will not be buying there again. My advice, look around. You will find prices just as good. Many dealerships don't have the processing fees (another way business try to make some extra money). I ended up buying from a different place, got a much better deal with more rebates (from chevy that weren't shown at Shelor's). No extra fees. Price was the vehicle plus taxes, nothing else. More
Absolutely horrible "service after the sale" My son bought a used Ford Ranger from Shelor - his second vehicle from here and our family's 7th vehicle from Shelor, though it will certainly be the My son bought a used Ford Ranger from Shelor - his second vehicle from here and our family's 7th vehicle from Shelor, though it will certainly be the last. The clutch began having issues within days of his purchase and, even after calling his account manager and the service department several times, no one would return his calls or make an appointment for it to be checked. Less than two months after his purchase, the clutch has completely failed and they want $800 to replace the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder - a repair that should cost half that and should at least be covered under the Silver Select extended service contract, for which he paid an additional $599 at the time of purchase. No offer of assistance, only threats to ruin his credit unless he pays them. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! More
