They fixed a recall on our 2020 Silverado and we had a check light that would appear once a day at the same spot on the road at 45 miles an hour. Upon our return, Mr. Maus was unable to provide assurance that we would be able to finalize the transaction with the finance manager that same day. This experience fell well below the professional standards expected for a customer who has committed to a vehicle purchase. More
