Oil change Had an appt. today at 2:00 for a oil change, over 2 hrs. Later they bring truck out with tires rotated ( which had done last week) & no oil change. No More

Jason, the service manager, said that he sincerely apologizes for the miscommunication that resulted in the tire rotation, etc. The advisor whom you worked with is still relatively new and has been educated in order to prevent something like this happening again. Jason said in the future, please ask for him directly if you would like. That way we can be sure this doesn't happen again.
