He showed us around the lot and anything question he couldn't answer he called on someone that could! The team there worked with us until 9:30 that night with no complaints, after all the paperwork was done he gave us our keys and extended his offer to call him on his personal cell if we should need anything at all. Very knowledgeable and low pressure, he works hard to understand what is important to you in a vehicle, style, color, and features; how you intend to use it over time. He takes that along with personal preferences and very logically assists you to the best approach. I know, I didn't believe it either...After years of getting hammered, tricked and pushed, this guy runs his opportunities and staff like a professional. I work for a major information technology company, yet grew up on a farm. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to understand his customers. I have now referred a cousin and one of my best friends to Mr. Ford and both have walked away more than satisfied and are convinced they got the right automobile and the best price. On the service side, I can depend on him and their great service team to get me in an out on time.
