I called the dealership about a new VW GLI they had listed on their website and wanted to know if the car was still available, and whether it was a manual or not. Mohamed Moallin was the one helping on the phone and said he will go double check the car on the lot and get back with me. Mohamed M. then sent me multiple pictures of the car including a picture of the interior to confirm it is a manual. I went in to the dealership few days later and test drove the car. The dealership appraised my current truck at the time and worked with me to match another offer I had on hand for it, then we worked on negotiating a price for the new VW GLI. Overall, the purchase went smooth and Mohamed M. and the dealership staff were nice and professional. In addition, I ended up forgetting to take-out few items from my truck (that I traded-in) including my garage door remote, so I contacted Mohamed M. the same night and he got the stuff out of the truck and held them for me to pick up the next day. A friend of mine recommended the dealership he had purchased his new VW from, Sheehy Volkswagen of Springfield. So I decided to see what they had to offer me. The sales representative that helped me, Hussein Farzad was just wonderful to work with. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so it really helped working with someone who listened to my wants and needs and put me in a car that I was 100% suited for. He honestly saved me from all of the headaches of buying a car and wasn't pushy at all. It also helped that he knew everything and anything you would want to know about every car in the lot. So every question I had about a car, had an answer. The deals at Sheehy of Springfield were also great compared to the other dealerships I had checked out and some online deals I found. Overall, my experience was unexpectedly more than perfect! More

I took the car in for an oil change, for which I had a $20-off coupon. The service agent said there were several other things that needed to be taken care off and I agreed to also have them done. When it was time to pay the bill it was considerably higher than initially discussed, starting with the oil change that about $25 more than the amount I have paid before. The cashier was very dismissive and did not want to discuss the price of anything, responding with, "Yeah, yeah. That's how much it costs." I had to speak with the service agent who helped me earlier, Ben Ong. He was very courteous and helpful and even reduced the price of the oil change by $30. But in the end, I basically paid the normal oil price. What happened to honoring the $20 coupon I wonder? Because of the layout of the receipts, it was difficult to figure out where the extra charges were coming from. Needless to say, I will not be going to Sheehy VW again. For anyone who does get service there, make sure you know how much you will be charged ahead of time, and definitely look over your bill before you pay. More

By the time I decided to purchase a 2013 Jetta, I had test driven several cars at other dealerships, and thus I can't speak to test driving or initial contact with Sheehy Volkswagon, but ultimately they had the best price I was able to find for what I was looking for in a car. Amie was very upfront with how much the car would cost me, where my money would go in terms of fees, and I really felt she did her best to honestly sell me a car I was happy with at a price I could afford. Overall, my experience on the sales end of Sheehy VW with Amie was a very pleasant, hassle-free one. More
