Outstanding experience I had to find a car to replace the damaged Mazda 6 I had. I walk to Volkswagen dealership for the first time, out of convenience (close by) and out of curiosity just to look. I had given myself a week time frame to purchase. One dealer, Frank Calderon, was assigned to my case. I discovered a professionalism and honesty that touched me. I felt at ease and respected. I found the guidance needed. I decide to buy the car that evening because not only I liked the car but also because I felt safe to do so with that particular dealer Frank Calderon. I was able to purchase the vehicle & he did extra by driving the vehicle to me in Ashland Had a great experience with David the sale rep at Sheehy VW! I was able to purchase the vehicle & he did extra by driving the vehicle to me in Ashland! He actually drove over hour to make sure I got this vehicle in my home place! I didn't have to travel to the dealer to closed this deal! The team here was good even the finance guy was helpful & got me the payment I wanted! Exceeded my expectations, first time car buyer! I would say I know a lot about cars and did a substantial amount of research before choosing to FINALLY purchase my vehicle. I was afraid to walk into any dealership and talk about numbers as I look like a typical person who could easily be taken advantage of (5 foot, white 20 year old, no credit, buying a jetta..). After searching online and going to multiple dealerships, I called Sheehy and Mike pulled the car I found online. It (and him) was waiting for me to arrive! I had absolutely no credit and needed to finance a bit. The numbers they showed me for my monthly payments were exactly what I was imagining and included everything (title, registration, fees, taxes, etc.) so when I signed all the papers in the financing office there were no extra numbers, fees or gimmicks added on. I am pleased with my purchase (2013 gold Jetta 2.5L SE) and with the service I was provided with :) I already recommended someone to go check the place out that is looking to buy a used jetta. More

At a Volks dealer in Fairfax they wanted to sell me a 2009 EOS that had a very noisy roof and 40,000 miles for $18,900 and claimed that they had the best used car prices anywhere in the area. Rick sold me a 2012 certified EOS with 28,000 miles in perfect condition for $19,900. And he matches the highest trade-in offer I had received after shopping all over the area.
