Ivor Malin (sales) listened to our preferences and after only a short time was able to sit us in a 2010 Toyota Corolla that my daughter just loved without ever being pushy or aggressive. He let us flip-flop between features and was completely patient as we changed our "priorities" over and over. Ivor was very personable and easy to talk to which was very much appreciated considering the length of time it takes to actually purchase a vehicle. With every change or question we felt like the entire staff (sales, management, and financing) was non-judgmental and accommodating, something we've never received at other dealerships. We went in with our own financing but Ivor, Paul and a man from financing that's name escapes me (sorry) were able to work us out a great deal on our vehicle so we went with them. We definitely will be sharing our great experiences with our friends and family and will be visiting Bill Kidd's again for our future vehicles. More

Other dealerships I dealt with either played too many games or took the "no-haggle" pricing to the extreme (More like "no-interest" in selling me a car). Do your research before you go to the dealer and know your options. I will consider Bill Kidd's when I purchase my next car. More
