We financed our brand new car through the dealer and THEY made a major mistake on the paperwork they submitted to Toyota Financial which caused serious problems, ultimately affecting our credit report. When we confronted Bill Kidd’s to straighten this out, they did not call us. We had to go in person to get “anyone” to help us fix THEIR mistake that they chose to ignore until we confronted them. Even then we were told to deal with it on our own. Never returns calls, no help, no accountability, no compensation – NOTHING. If problems arise you are truly on your own. If you are buying a Toyota use another dealer – Bill Kidd’s is just not worth the risk. More

My wife recently was involved in an auto accident where her vehicle was totaled. The most important thing was that she was okay and is recovering from the accident. We were pressed to get a new vehicle and had very little time to do it. It would of been easy for any salesmen to see this as an opportunity to take advantage of us as consumers. This was not the case. We were greeted by Michaelangelo when we were walking through the lot a week ago and he has been exceptional ever since. We got an amazing price for the vehicle we bought, 2015 Toyota Rav4 XLE, and Michaelangelo paid attention to what we were looking for, our BUDGET (most importantly), and did not try to up sell us to a more expensive model at any point. This was unlike another dealership that wanted a $500 down payment. I was checking out the cars available on the Internet. I sent him an email on Friday night. He sent me an email first thing Saturday morning. In addition he was on the phone around 9:00 am to find out what we were looking for. I told him and also asked him if the Internet price was their best price and he said no and sent me an email with the dealership's best price. I told him we would be out there inthe afternoon to test drive the vehicle. When we got to the dealership the car was ready to test drive. I spoke to him several times on Monday morning to tell him what we were going to do to purchase the vehicle and wanted to do one thing a little unusual. He followed up with staff and got a immediate answer. The experience of dealing with Mike and the dealership was truly outstanding. More
