My wife and I met Mr. Payne December last year when we went in to buy a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla. He treated us with the upmost respect and actually listened to what we wanted and did not push us to buy a car like my previous salesperson whom I purchased my 2014 Camry. This individual is no longer there and thanks to Michaelangelo we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He did not make us feel bad during the haggling process. He tended to every one of our needs and understood that we were people and not just a number. He is a genuine man, and actually has a beating heart! lol. 2 months after buying this Corolla for my wife, the car was totalled in an accident and when I found out that it was being considered "totaled" the first person I "texted" was Michaelangelo and he responded right away and got us into the same car but different color a couple days later. What's most shocking is that he let us drive this brand new 2015 Corolla away on an IOU because he knew we needed a new car immediately. I did not have the haggle again with him and he literally matched the same price as the car we purchased before and had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out within 3hrs (unheard of in the car sales industry). So once again, he met our needs with a simple text message letting him know what happened and we were in a new Corolla with a snap of a finger. The best part was that my wife was 9months pregnant so he knew time was of the essence and he made sure the sales process went through smoothly. He has become a friend to me and he is a "dime in a dozen." More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - Ruined my Christmas Holiday and was lied to when they tried to correct their horribel service. The Tuesday before Christmas, my 2014 Camry got a whole in the tank. I have the "Platinum Warranty." They had no loaner car for me for the whole week and didn't get my car until the next Monday. Then I found out they tried to chage me $200 more before I brought in insurance company into it. Then they messed up the estimate and I had to pay more than my deductable. To top it off I had to go get a gas can from Home Depot and go to a gas station to get enough gas to get my car off the lot which they would not provide. I complained and was told they would give me a "gas voucher" and had a team meeting since this was unacceptable, yet they did it. Then on 2/3/15, my wife went with her mom to the dealership and was going to get the "voucher." My wife was told they don't give them out. I called extremely upset and angry and was told by "Mike" head of customer service that I had to bring my car in so they could get an employee to go get the gas. He never told me this for I would have flipped and yet he told me he explained this fully. LIAR!!! Mike definately does not know what the definatition of a voucher for it is detachable, but my main issue is why didn't they put gas in it the first place so NONE of this would happen. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Mike said he told me about having to bring in my car so someone could get gas for it. That was a straight out lie to my face. Then he says " he is a man of his word." He is a lair and not sure why a company like that would keep such a horrible representative. Wish I never bought a Toyota again. If you want the best warranty and xxxx service then buy a Toyota and have it serviced at Bill Kids. Thanks for listening, Mike G More
