I have been extremely pleased with my new Toyota Tacoma. While the truck is great (with a lot of options at a price I liked), it was the professionalism, the attention to detail and the customer service that really made this purchase an enjoyable experience. In particular, I was extremely pleased with the salesman, Elliot Evianiak whom I found to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest. When dealing with Elliot, I felt like he took the time to understand my goals and worked to find a car that suited my criteria. Unlike my experience at other dealerships, I never had the feeling Elliot was trying to pressure me into buying something I didn't want or he was trying to take advantage of me. At the end of the day, I found a car I love at a price I consider fair. I would absolutely recommend Elliot Evianiak to anyone looking for a new car. More

The whole buying experience was never before, very courteous, accommodating , friendly and knowledgeable sales staffs (previously I've had dreadful experience with other dealers). Thank God I came here. Debbie and particularly Wayne helped me through the trade-in process. The best part of trading-in my old Civic was "what's the value of your car and we'll match that". I mean which dealer would say like this. I don't regret for not negotiating on price for Volvo car, which is very stressful. Sadly I live almost an hour away from Bill Kidd's so I'll be going to a nearby Volvo dealer in Rockville, for regular servicing and other issues (hope they'd render same hoensty and courtesy). I'd certainly recommend Bill Kidd's to anyone shopping for Volvo cars. More

I’m an informed buyer who knows what car I’m buying and what it costs the dealer before I visit the showroom, make a phone call or send an email. But regardless of how prepared I am, car buying has never been an enjoyable experience. IMO, that is due largely to the sleazy, greedy, high pressure tactics practiced by dealership sales and management staff. Unfortunately, buyers have been conditioned to believe this substandard treatment is actually ‘normal’, making the car buying process a dreadful experience. But all of this negativity ended when I met Mike Thornton and Elliott Evianiak at Bill Kidd's Toyota in Cockeysville, MD. These guys are smart about their product without being smug or arrogant. They are friendly without being condescending. And they are efficient with the process without being pushy and overbearing. Regardless of where you live, the next time you’re in the market for a Toyota, do yourself a favor - drive out to Bill Kidd's Toyota and ask for Mike and Elliott. For me, this was the first time in 42 years that it was fun to buy a new car. More

This was the first car we bought, and I am so glad to have worked with Tim on this one. Right from our initial mail correspondence, Tim was very respectful and never seemed to hurry us, even though we were purchasing a car over the Memorial Day weekend, and the number of customers were high. Further, Tim was reliable, honest, and kept his word. For example, when we visited him on the first day, Tim had an unexpected engagement, due to which we could not do any business that day. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and urged us to return the next day, promising he would give us a good deal. We were purchasing our car over the Memorial Day sale, and other dealers were also providing offers, but our instinct told us that Tim would keep his word. We returned the next day, and Tim went out of his way to provide us the best deal in our budget. Tim was also very professional and a true gentleman. During our negotiation, he was always respectful and never, at any point, did he impose himself on us. However, the thing I will remember Tim the most for is that I felt that he genuinely cared for us and wanted us to get the best car that he could possibly get for us in our budget. The other folks at Bill Kidd’s were also professional and courteous, including the finance guy , who got things done in a breeze. Overall, we had an amazing car-buying experience, and I would highly recommend Bill Kidd’s and Tim Bennett to anyone looking for buying a car. More

Amazing Car Buying Experience! I bought my first new car from Bill Kidd's in 1991. It was a 1991 Toyota Camry Deluxe. From what I recall, it was a good experience. So, some 25 years I bought my first new car from Bill Kidd's in 1991. It was a 1991 Toyota Camry Deluxe. From what I recall, it was a good experience. So, some 25 years later, when deciding on where to buy my new Tacoma, I figured I would try Bill Kidd's again. Sure, I've bought quite a few cars since 1991, but for some reason I had chosen dealerships closer to home rather than heading back to Bill Kidd's. Am I glad that I did! I was in the area as another dealer had the exact truck that I wanted listed on their website. I went to that dealer, had a miserable experience, and left very disappointed and dismayed. We decided to have dinner before heading home, and the thought of heading back to Bill Kidd's crossed my mind. We went in late on a Tuesday evening, met with a salesperson, and ended up putting in an order for a new truck. A few short weeks later, and I was back at the dealership to negotiate, trade my car, and sign the paperwork. I really had an amazing, low-pressure, experience. Car buying should always be this way. From my salesman, Don Soltys, to Katie (Paint protection, etc), to Andy in finance.... nothing but professionals all around. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was. Even though Bill Kidd's is quite a distance from my home, I plan on returning there for service. And if and when I'm in the market for a new vehicle, they have my business. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had Elliot was awesome from the first time I emailed him up until I drove away after purchasing. I am 8 months pregnant and had my 18month old with me he made the process stress free and as quick as possible. I didn't go there with high hopes of trading my car in but he made it happen and didn't go above my limitations. Other dealers never listened and either wanted more money or offered a payment that was too high for me. He was great he even sat and filled out some of the paperwork for me because my son had fallen asleep on me. Anyone with kids knows how stressful sitting in one place for a few hours can be but he made it easy. I would recommend Bill Kidds and Elliot to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The finance guy (I apologize I forgot his name) was also awesome. He was great and got us in and out as quickly as possible. Overall it was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership!
