Terrible experience. Within 1 day of purchasing my certified used car from the dealership, I had to go back to have the driver's seat replaced. Within 3 months of ownership, I have had to go in for service 5 times! My reply fr dealership, I had to go back to have the driver's seat replaced. Within 3 months of ownership, I have had to go in for service 5 times! My reply from the used car manager was "I cannot guaranty that vehicles driven off my lot will not encounter problems," and left it at that. No apology for our troubles, and no offer to assist us. Truly felt like the prototypical used car dealer, as they could care less about the problems we had with the vehicle (since they already had our money). I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very nice when you are looking to buy a vehicle, but their post sale customer service is horrendous (if you have problems with the vehicle). The customer relationship ends when they receive your check. More
