My experience working with Mike was excellent. No nonsense, no pressure, no hassle. I was less impressed by the business office and the efforts of the dealership to sell extended mechanical warranties. This was the only time I had to repeatedly decline your dealership's offers. One "no" should be enough. There is an irony about offering extended mechanical warranties and extra protection for such things as the paint and fabric on the vehicles you sell. It immediately makes me skeptical about the products you are selling. Repeated offers of extended warranties makes me wonder if I'm buying a crappy car from a dealer I have to protect myself from. On the whole, buying the car was very easy and efficient. My criticisms are small, and my praises are very high for Mike. I am grateful for the professional services he provided, and for the overall pleasant experience of the purchase. More
I'm quite pleased with my service at B.K's and value my relationship with the Blue Team Service Mgr., Phil Kreft. Service always seems to be completed in a reasonable time and done well. The waiting room is comfortable, with a good supply of coffee and NO LOUD TELEVISION BLARING, a definite plus. And a very clean restroom. More
I submitted my appointment online on Saturday, so I didn't expect that my car would be ready for me by Monday evening. I was very impressed with the amount of work the team did w/such short notice. Bob Roden was very helpful and great.
