Jeff saved my life...last year I was stuck on 83 for 10 hours in the "Snow Storm". Had it not been for his attention to detail and professional matter I would not have purchased new tires. I also know th hours in the "Snow Storm". Had it not been for his attention to detail and professional matter I would not have purchased new tires. I also know there was no way my Yaris would have maneuver around all the big 4 wheel drive vehicles (which were stuck in the snow) if not for his advice. I continue to have trouble with your web site. This has been ongoing ever since I have been scheduling service and when I inquire about it I am always told they are aware of the problems and they are being been ongoing ever since I have been scheduling service and when I inquire about it I am always told they are aware of the problems and they are being worked on. This has been going on for 2+ years. For instance, I was only able to schedule service on-line after requesting my password (which was the same as the one I was already using but didn't work) and then it worked only when I went into the site through the link I was e-mailed. Additionally, I would love to be able to see what each scheduoed service check-up entails prior arriving for service. Why isn't this possible? Thanks for any and all answers you can provide. Everyone was terrific, including sales, leasing ant the final finance paperwork. This is our 5th new purchase and we are very happy working with Bill Kidd. Everyone was polite, friendly and very customer service oriented. Mr. Phil of the Blue Team is so accommodating that he answers all my querries and explains to me in details of what work was done on my ca oriented. Despite the on going renovation, Bill Kids still able to allocate a comfortable waiting area for customers. Free coffee is still available. Everything is great. More

Every time I go to Bill Kidd's for service on my Prius, it's nothing but good news. And on the occassions when I've come in & the service needs are more than I'd budgeted, they've always been great at hel it's nothing but good news. And on the occassions when I've come in & the service needs are more than I'd budgeted, they've always been great at helping me to prioritize what work can be done within my budget. This visit was especially good because they finished ahead of schedule, plus identified a potential safety risk I wasn't aware of: headlamp lights that were out. One more thing: I'm glad that so far, I haven't needed to return for another repair because something wasn't put back together properly. I've actually experienced this before! (Hope I haven't jinxed myself.) More
