I rated your employees friendliness as great because they made me feel totally at ease and were very helpful with showing me around the truck, I had told Chris that I really didn't know much about it, that I had only test driven one and loved it. My overall experience was great considering the rarity of the particular truck that I was trying to buy, I finally got it. I didn't rate the price because I had hired Authority Auto to find and negotiate the deal and as far as I could tell it was a good price, but since I am a real cheapskate the price can always be lower. My experience from scheduling an appt to taking out a loaner (if necessary) to discussing service issues to check them and they always do good work.
