In his email, Mike indicated what was included and what was not....no guess work required regarding destination fees, title & tags, dealer prep, etc. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike had the specific car I was interested in ready and waiting for a test drive. The process of actually purchasing the vehicle was very straightforward and did not take more than an hour or so. I asked Mike what I had to do to bypass the aftermarket sales pitch, and he said, "you just did it!" We were in and out very quickly. Overall, great experience! More

Buying our 2012 Takoma was a great experience. However Bill Kidds misrepresents what they sell you. Every nook and cranny. When using this service for the first time we found out that their definition of a detail was a basic wipe down and that the cost went up to $35. When we complained we received a piece of paper stating that that is what it was. When we bought the service we were told that our receipt was all we needed and that we would be in the system for the details. Where was this paper when we paid $998 for this service. I'm left to wonder if the protective coating was even applied. If they lied about this, what else did they lie about? More

Jeff Schnitzker recommended me to Hans Blom, and I had a very good experience with Mr. Blom. He was friendly, honest, and plain-spoken. He could see that it had been difficult for me to part with my previous car, and he was sensitive to that in his demeanor. He went out of his way to help me, with the old car and with the new one, to answer my questions, and to put my mind at ease about the purchase. I feel as if I got a good deal on the car, and that I made a fully-informed decision about the purchase I made. More

Don Soltys was an incredible help in purchasing the vehicle. From the very beginning, he focused on my budget and making recommendations to fit within my price range. He didn't focus on selling products I didn't want, but making sure that I was getting the vehicle I wanted and would drive away happy with. He even checked up on us over the next few weeks to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. I came for my first 5000 mile service yesterday and was just as impressed with the service department. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Jaunita explained it detail what I should expect (both with the service, and the wait time) and she was right on. The waiting room was impressive too! I didn't take advantage of the wifi, the coffee station, or the vending machines, but the fact that they are offered was impressive to me. I look forward to my continued relationship with Bill Kidd's, and am already planning my possible next purchase! More
I contacted Don on Weds about our interest in purchasing a Rav4. He pulled the vehicle to the showroom for us to go in and look at it later in the day since we have a new puppy and needed to get home to le a Rav4. Don asked us to bring him along and he was great not only with us but with the puppy. We took the vehicle for quick test drive, fell in love. Don gave us the credit app to take home to complete since we had the puppy with us. Faxed it Thursday morning, credit was approved and we picked it up Saturday morning. Everyone we dealt with was great. We purchased the undercoat/corrison protection and had to bring the vehicle back and was provided a loaner car whis is extremely helpfut. We love the vehicle and the service we received and am definetly telling all our friends. Thanks for a great experience Don! More
