We live 200 miles away from this dealership. I found 3 cars at 3 different dealers matching my requirements & price range and contacted each of them using their websites. Of all 3, Mike Thornton at Bill cars at 3 different dealers matching my requirements & price range and contacted each of them using their websites. Of all 3, Mike Thornton at Bill Kidd's was the most prompt & professional without pushing or rushing us to make a decision (which could not be said of the other 2 dealers I contacted). When we planned our visit, we arrived 90 minutes late due to traffic, but Mike was there to greet us and had our car ready to test drive. Our purchasing experience was fair, hassle-free, and fast. From start to finish, we were on the road with our newly purchased car in less than 2 hrs. The *only* disappointment in the whole experience was that we realized after leaving the dealer that the car (a Prius, which uses keyless entry) only had a single key fob - whereas a Prius normally comes with two fobs. At the time of this review, Mike is working on getting the other key from the previous owner; hopefully the dealer can make us a 2nd key if that one can't be found. But this was a relatively minor issue with what was otherwise the fastest and easiest car-buying experience my wife and I have ever been through. More

I am such a fan of this place. I bought my Camry from them and have recommended many friends to them also. This dealership is great but it is particularly great because of Grace, the customer relations m them and have recommended many friends to them also. She truly cares about her customers and understands the true meaning of customer satisfaction and she is always willing to go the extra mile. I brought my car in for recall work on the window switches.
