Hans was very courteous and patient while I made my decision. He kept me informed of what was available on the used Subaru I picked and why it was the right car for me. No pressure just an honest discussion on pros and cons. I would recommend Hans and the team at Bill Kidd's to anyone interested in purchasing a car. A great car-buying experience I was looking for a late-model used Prius with low mileage and found one on the Bill Kidd's website. My email was answered immediately by Mike Thornto I was looking for a late-model used Prius with low mileage and found one on the Bill Kidd's website. My email was answered immediately by Mike Thornton, who actually brought the car from Cockeysville to my home in Baltimore City so my wife and I could check it out and test drive it. Upon going to the dealership the next afternoon, I found a new car I liked even better, at a slightly lower price. I bought it. The whole thing took only two hours, including the test drive. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was friendly and professional, and there was far less pressure and xx than we've ever encountered. Mike Thornton, our salesman, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fun to interact with, and considerate. I kept my last car for 17 years, and I hope to hold on to my lovely new Prius for a long time as well -- but the next time my wife or I need a car, Mike Thornton will be go-to guy. More

I asked a few questions, and before long John had taken the time and effort to text me specific pictures, and began discussing in detail and honesty what the condition of the used car was. Before long I was travelling to the dealership to purchase this vehicle. John's honesty and trustworthiness were what impressed me enough to drive from out of state to purchase this vehicle. This was our 2nd transaction with Mike Thornton, this time for a used 2008 Toyota Sequoia. Again, it was a pleasure to deal with Mike.
