Poor Service I purchased my car from this dealership. When taking it back for service I had to make multiple trips several times for the same warranty and recall w I purchased my car from this dealership. When taking it back for service I had to make multiple trips several times for the same warranty and recall work which was not completed satisfactorily. They would say there wasn’t an issue when there was. Once the warranty was up they wanted me to pay for the same repairs. Very poor service and customer service! I notified Toyota USA and filed claims. More
BEWARE!! Personal items taken from my vehicle I purchased a new vehicle from this dealer and have had all service done at this facility. I had to leave my vehicle there for a week while waiting f I purchased a new vehicle from this dealer and have had all service done at this facility. I had to leave my vehicle there for a week while waiting for a part to come in. Since that visit I am missing (2) personal items from inside my vehicle. Both items are not replaceable. This is the only facility that has access to my vehicle and I am the only driver of this vehicle so the only place these items could have been removed is at this service center. More

We have brought 2 new car here in the last 2 years, something like this will make me go elsewhere a great service dept keep people coming back. I purchased a used car from this dealership. If wasn't a Toyota. So they didn't specialize in it I'll give them that. But it seems like they didn't even touch the car. I only got to see it at night (silly me). But the interior seemed clean. I drove home only to discover it had quite a bit of pet hair all in the car. My poor husband is allergic so I had to have the car professionally detailed. In the past when I have previously purchased a used car dealership selling it usually would have the car detailed look like it was brand-new. This was not the case. Secondly, I don't think that the dealership really looked over the car or serviced it at all. When I got it home the coolant and other fluid levels were extremely low. I'm glad I decided to check so I wasn't left at the creek without a paddle. I thought that they would at least give it a complementary oil change and top off the fluids at the very least. These cheapos wouldn't even fill up the gas tank. Lastly, they messed up the tags. I should have gotten 60 days but they write in 30. They told me to just change it with a marker... yeah no.. Overall, I got a good deal because they were desperate to get rid of the car. But don't expect any bells and whistles. No gas, detailed car etc. Only buy something here if its insanely cheaper than anything around. More

Sales process was painless, we were pleased with the sales person, absolutely no pressure on us for immediate sales, or warranty addons, or anything. In and out in an hour once we decided to buy the car from them. Yes we could have saved maybe $400 somewhere else, but we also saved ourselves from destination fees, delivery fees., maintenance contracts, financing pressures, and all sorts of other car dealer tactics. The listed sticker price was really what you paid that's it. Looking to buy my car there soon too. More
oil change appointment I had an appointment on 1016/2015 at 3:00 PM at Laurel Toyota for my brand new Toyota RAV IV and I arrived at around 3:22 PM as I was stuck in traffic I had an appointment on 1016/2015 at 3:00 PM at Laurel Toyota for my brand new Toyota RAV IV and I arrived at around 3:22 PM as I was stuck in traffic on route I. I parked my truck and went to the counter and I was told that my vehicle can't be serviced as the staff has waited for 15 minutes and now they are gone. The customer services representative was very rude and has no respect for the customers and mentioned that she can't take my vehicle in. I requested her to ask the Customer Services manager but keep on insisting and she denied my service and I have to come back home without my vehicle being serviced. I won't recommend this dealership to any one. her name I guess was Critism wearing glasses. More
Needs organization ,procedures Pulled in service lane,had appt.,person took down mileage ,gave me damage report paper,I thought they looked at car . new 102 miles,never been to th Pulled in service lane,had appt.,person took down mileage ,gave me damage report paper,I thought they looked at car . new 102 miles,never been to this dealer before,no one told me to take paper to service desk,so I wait in lounge 2 1/2 hrs,car was parked in lot,never brought in.This was to have accessory installed I saw in new car brochure ,at first they didn't know what I was talking about,I had to call Toyota corp to get any info,I called other "real" Toyota dealers to get details .car came with regular alarm,but I didn't know if glass break detector was part of system,etc.Now after many many phone calls,making appt,waited over 2 1/2 hrs The freakin thing STILL Isn't installed,Pissed off customer,I'll never deal with carmax or Toyota again,I can't stand incompatance,go cheap you get cheap!!!!!!!!!!!! Service center is poor I had an appointment for 0800hours I arrived on time and waited for 25 minutes. When I had my turn at the counter I was told that it was to late for me to be seen. I explained how I was waiting for 25 minutes. I was told I should have been checked in when I pulled up. I explained that I pulled up and no one said anything to me. I requested to see manager and he said I would try and fit me in. At that point I realized it was best for me to move on I will never use this place again. This was not my first issue with them. Perhaps they need new managers. More
I drove up to the Laurel Toyota on 4 Jan 2014 since it was the closest Toyota dealer and my vehicle was experiencing issues and overheating. It was about 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived at the was the closest Toyota dealer and my vehicle was experiencing issues and overheating. It was about 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived at the service department of the Laurel Toyota Carmax. When I drove up no one approached my vehicle to inquire what I might have needed for the first 5 min (even though there were about 4 men shining on the cars that were in the reception/exit area. So I walked into the service counter area. The lady at the counter was busy counting change and refused acknowledged that I had walked. I stood there for about another 5 min before one of the service techs walks in and goes behind the counter and starts playing with the computer. Mind you, no one has said anything to me at this point. After a few moments, the woman who was so diligently counting the change at the counter, tells the guy at the computer that I still needed to be helped. What am I invisible? He asks what I needed and I proceeded to explain to him that while driving down the road my SUV started smoking and several of the warning lights had came on. He tells me that he doesn't have any service techs available to look at my vehicle. Umh, I guess the 4 guys I saw as I walked up were invisible also??? So I tried to explain to him that this was an emergency situation but he basically told me" there was nothing he could do for me today and that I would have to come back on Monday". I asked he could keep my vehicle and offer me a loaner so that I would not have to chance getting stranded on the side of the road with a vehicle that was overheating. The response was, "we don't do loaners". Really?? I've been a Toyota owner since my first car I purchased, a 1980 Toyota Tercel and I have never experienced such a poor excuse for customer service from any Toyota service department. Laurel Toyota Carmax does not deserve to wear the name of Toyota because this service department is no where indicative to the standard of service that Toyota takes pride in for their customers. I will not ever attempt to use this service center again nor will I ever refer anyone else to use it. More
