Avoid this salesman named Kyle. He would overpromise you the deal and lie about their inventory to lure you into the buying process. When it's time to close the deal, the promises are no longer on the tabl the deal and lie about their inventory to lure you into the buying process. I purchased a new Rav 4 in March. The sales person Yasir was very knowledgeable and helpful while looking at SUV’s. I only give one star because of him. I was never offered opportunity to transfer my tags from my current SUV. When I went back to pick up Rav 4 I was never reminded to take my tags off trade in vehicle, Did not think about it because I don’t buy new vehicle frequently. Until I got letter from MVA for having a uninsured vehicle registered to me. When I called dealership I was told by tags department it was my responsibility and she did not know who I should speak to. I contacted my salesman and he at first stated he took them off and put in my car, which was not true. Then he told me he would try to find out what happened to them. My tags were never found! So someone from dealership took them obviously. How does that happen. I recently received letter from my bank that they had not received copy of title. So I found my copy and it had wrong bank as lien holder on document. I called dealership and could not get an person on the phone. I finally called service department to get a person and was transferred back in terminal loop Going nowhere. Contacted my salesmen again and explained problem and was told to bring title back to be redone. I do not live that close and was not going to be inconvenienced by there mistakes. Was told I would be contacted by title department and I expected a phone call with some sort of apology and all I got was a shipping label to send it back FedEx. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. And with all these issues and spending 40,000 I expected a business with good customer service someone in addition to my salesmen someone in management should have contacted me and at least tried to explain how these problems happened. I would recommend a Rav 4 but I would never recommend this dealership. Very unsatisfied customer! More
Joel went about and beyond to assist me on my new Toyota Highlander. We drove from Connecticut and he made the entire process extremely easy and everything was exactly what we had discussed prior to me arri Highlander. They transferred the car I wanted from the White Marsh location to the Laurel location and it waiting for me when I got there. Our sales rep., Lex Riley was awesome, he was polite and helpful, excellent customer service. More
