Purchased a brand new Sienna Platinum from this dealership. They were the only dealership within 250 miles with what my wife wanted. Spent 2 days back and forth with the Kevin, the sales associate, trading paperwork and getting ready to drive 4 hours to the dealer for the call. Received a phone call from the sales manager the day before I was supposed to pick it up informing me the van was sold out from under me. They did locate a similar, more expensive one. I then spent another day discussing price, and was misquoted pricing, in writing, 5 different times. While these struggles should have clued me in this deal was a setup for challenges, I proceeded with the purchase and scheduled an appointment at the dealership. Upon arrival I found the vehicle was not prepped, the finance person was not even at the store, the sales associate knew nothing about the van, and the gas tank was empty. After signing the papers the sales associate hooked my wife’s phone up to the car but told us nothing else about the vehicle. I will say everyone on site was friendly and pleasant, but the customer service for what we were paying for a new van was severely lacking. I live far enough away I wouldn’t likely ever use this dealership again anyway, but I caution anyone looking to buy a vehicle here. Do not expect stellar customer service walking into the sale. More
I bought another beautiful new Sienna XLE from them for our business. Sam Michael gave me the best price they can offer. I was supposed to buy a 2024 RAV4 here; "supposed to" being an operative phrase. The reality is I put a deposit to hold the SUV on 9/21 and followed up by checking the website and contacting my sales ass being an operative phrase. The reality is I put a deposit to hold the SUV on 9/21 and followed up by checking the website and contacting my sales associate, Harry. I was told that it was on a truck, en route to the store on Thursday 9/26. I called Saturday and Sunday to verify they had the car like the website said. I was assured that it was on a truck awaiting a post-shipment checklist/inspection. I came in on Monday, 9/30, and as it turned out the SUV got SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE... on Saturday..... the same day it was "awaiting a post-shipment checklist/inspection." Kevin, the sales manager, should have done a better job at communicating and ensured that the SUV was marked as pending sale. I don't want to say the office is full of clowns, but with all the hoops I was expected to put up with, it doesn't seem far off from a circus. Please don't let these fake 5 star reviews fool you. More

I’ve been working with Shawn Olsen and his associates for months on end. They have been patient and extremely helpful at finding the car I not only wanted but was comfortable with.
