That truly was a blessing. I can honestly say that we could have gone to the Toyota dealer in Woodbridge, but I know in my heart we would not have received the same outstanding service we received from Mr. Porter in Fredericksburg. Sent an email to the Internet Sales Manager voicing my frustration since I had purchased many vehicles from this dealership and asked him to give me a call. He never did. Horrible experience.
