Sheehy Subaru is a lifesaver. I had a really negative experience trying to trade in my old dinosaur of a car and upgrade to a new 2025 car. I came in an hour and a half before clo I had a really negative experience trying to trade in my old dinosaur of a car and upgrade to a new 2025 car. I came in an hour and a half before closing and luckily had Jay Adorno assist me in buying a new car. I heard good things about Subaru cars, but I was worried about all the new high tech features that I wasn’t familiar with. The previous dealership was pushy and didn’t explain the features of their “best, new car that could outcompete the outback”. They just wanted to make a sale so I walked out. Their car didn’t even feel better during my test drive. Jay was calm and so helpful. I didn’t feel judged or incompetent at all when I asked him a bunch of questions about my new crosstrek. He connected me with Mohammad Ali in the finance department who also calmly walked me through the final sale. I will always come back to Sheehy due to these two, and anytime I hear that someone needs a new car I will be recommending this dealership too. After decades of driving vans, I searched casually now and again for a new van but I really didn't need something that large or expensive. My daughter owns a Subaru and nudged me in this direction. He showed me how the Forester had more space than I thought, even allowing me to bring large objects that I regularly load into my vehicle to demonstrate how they would fit and not hog all the passenger space. I told Jay I didn't want maxed out trim with the associated pricing. Jay listened and, as we discussed my concerns about safety, comfort and driving as I get older, he suggested the most useful features for my needs. He did not pressure or oversell me and we landed on the right mix of features and price that made me feel good about my choice of vehicle and dealership. More
