Our salesman was Earl Karlinsky Before going to the dealership, my husband did his research and was ready to start the buying process ( aka a lot of back & forth , then “checking with my manager to get you a better deal”, etc. To his relief and surprise, Earl asked what he expected to pay, what model he wanted, features etc. Within about 15 mins. the car was located and ordered. Earl assisted him thru all the paperwork, and submitted it. 2 weeks later we picked up our car! Not only was it painless, but we got to know a very nice, professional, man. We thank Earl each time we see him!!! So there was no hesitation when I went looking for a car for my husband. Straight to Earl!!! Again I knew what I wanted, and although this car was a little harder to find, Earl came through!!! My husband’s birthday present is a 2018 Subaru BRZ in gunmetal grey!!!All we can say is Thank you, Earl!!!! Sheryl & Luke More

When we told him we were from DC he actually recommended the Forrester instead of the Outback, despite the fact that it is much lower priced. He seemed to care more about us getting a car that is the perfect fit than making a higher priced deal. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features and took his time explaining all of it to us. Because of timing issues we couldn't take the car off the lot and went to pick it up a few days later. Since we didn't have a car, Craig picked us up from the train station! We had a really great experience with Ultimate Subaru and are glad that we went out to Fredericksburg instead of shopping closer to DC. More

Best vehicle purchase experience. I had very positive dealings with Bobbie, Craig, Jim and Herb. Even the parts associate, Kevin, was prompt to answer a compatibility question about ac I had very positive dealings with Bobbie, Craig, Jim and Herb. Dealt with Craig the most who worked with me on price, transferring items from my trade in and even got me touch up paint for a door ding on the 2018 Outback that I purchased. He had to manually fill up the vehicle with a gas can and then fill it up at the gas station. He spent plenty of time reviewing the vehicle options and kept it out of the freezing weather while doing so. I feel like he put in a lot of effort into the sale and I do really appreciate his actions. He went the extra mile to help me get my 500 dollar Subaru loyalty reward coupon cashed in, as well. Jim was very pleasant to deal with on all the paperwork. Honestly, Bobbie is a big part of my decision to drive all the way up there from Richmond. She was very good about getting back to me and finding out answers to my questions - all with an awesome personality. Herb helped me and was kind when I stopped by to pick up the touch up paint even though it wasn't even his sale. It was a great car buying experience and I would recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More

I’ve been to many dealer service centers with a variety of vehicles over the years and Ultimate is the best! There are closer Subaru service centers but I continue with Ultimate because they are very, very good! More
