Sam Pierce was terrific When my parents needed a new car I worked with Sam Pierce to get them a Subaru Ascent. This is their first Subaru but they really love it. When they went back two weeks later to pick up their permanent license plates, they unfortunately had a flat tire. Sam got the tire changed and put on the spare for them. (my parents are both in their 80s) The next day they went and picked up a new tire at no charge. Everyone at Ultimate Subaru pulled together to help my parents when they needed it most.
