We had been working with them on a silver Forester Premium. I had asked about a deposit and was told it wasn’t necessary. We were told they “had the car ready”. We arrived at 425 and asked to see the car. They stalled saying “we’ll get to that”. They asked for all our trade-in information which I found odd since we still hadn’t seen the car. We played paper games until they disclosed they didn’t actually have the car and tried to play bait and switch. Given the timing they clearly lied to us and tried to play us. We left and called another dealer. More
