I was asked to sign the paper work and make payment for the brand new 2023 vehicle before seeing it. The brand new 2023 Nissan rogue SV passenger seat had a dint in the cushion which was mention to the sal the brand new 2023 vehicle before seeing it. The brand new 2023 Nissan rogue SV passenger seat had a dint in the cushion which was mention to the sales manager Willie and nothing was done about it. It’s a brand new vehicle and it’s literally damaged, it’s the principle. The day I came to pick up my vehicle two employees was arguing and about to fight over commission. My first brand new car was not brand new and they did not do a good job of cleaning it and there is still sticky residue from the stickers that was on the new vehicle. I had to call the dealership a week and a half before my temporary tags expired and was told they had issues with the regular tag and title people. Mind you the temporary tags are only valid for 3 months after purchase. Also my car loan was sending me mail that they did not receive lien release from the dealership. Which I emailed the sales manager never got a response had to call back after the second notice and then something was done about it. I would never come back or recommend this dealership. Even the finance guy Sanjiv Dass was off putting and rude. Kayla was the only help person there other then that I want nothing else to do with this dealership. More
